I-80
Tom Martin would never have voted for tolls on I-80
At Tax Payer Expense Scott Conklin sent out a newsletter in which he claimed “…I strongly oppose the tolling of I-80......” Yet on June 25, 2007, Scott Conklin voted with the rest of the Democrats to amend Act 44 to add tolling to I-80. It passed by a single vote. Had he truly opposed I-80 tolling, it would not be an issue today. To see the history of the bill ~ Use the link below and look at the McCall vote 6/25/2007; Printer Number 1971. The actual record of the vote amending Act 44 to add tolling shows Conklin cast the one (Y) vote needed to add the tolling of I-80 to Act 44. Link to McCall Vote |
